PDS's 2004 update
I'm still feeling like crap, but at least the worst is over. (oh, wait..)

I forgot that it's been for-freaking-ever since I last wrote an entry. So there's a whole world of stuff that you have missed out on in the land of PDS.

I finally got out of "The Boro". It seems the legends of shopping at Davis market aren't as true as they might seem. (But I guess I shouldn't speak so soon, might jinx myself.) YourGirlfriend and I have settled down into a plush attic apartment in the center of everything arty-trendy-entertaining, (right where I need to be) The Hillsboro Vilage Area. YG's pretty much settled in working at Bosco's during the week and moonlighting on the weekends at the ultra posh Belcourt Twin. (local art/film house)

I'm just wrapping up my gig at JD#7 Club (oh, how I'll miss the moulah till Fall) And soon will be looking for something local and fiscally generous to supplement my living habits.

I still don't have a computer, (I'm, writing this at the Green Hills Library) So I'm completely cut off from my music creation and ONline peer group "Snuggles". I instead have been following in Quahog's footsteps and learning the art of the Wax Platter de la 80's stylee. Big props to Grimey's, Spun, and the Great Escape for supplying me with my high.

Eventually, I'll get my mix down and make a CD to hand to friends and such. Trust me, people have already been asking. But until then I'm listeing to other 80's mixes (DJ Spinbad, you know who you are... p.s. thanx Adam)

Recently I aquired a horrendous cold from my mother and promptly gave it to YG. I'm finishing up, she's right in the middle of coughing it up.

on the PDS front, I played that show in October at the END as PDS, then later that moth at the hacker convention Preaknic 7 with Workeshoppe Radio Phonik. Then Finally in the Boro on Jan 29th at Hurricane Station. Our radio show got usurped by student programming. And now that I'm not in the Boro (and also not living with Matt Lane) it's becoming more of a challenge to make music as WRP.

Swoosh still calls me from time to time wanting to make music, but we rarely get together, much less make music. And Matt and I only see each other when I come down to do laundry. (the extent of which is us watching TV or me finishing up old business on his computer. (speaking of which, I need to get a bunch of data off his system and onto data disk.)

I guess I'm not doing too bad creatively, I got the TT's and CDTT's, I just finished production on "Sweet Home Grown Cheeba" featuring Trauma T, Lady Dolla, Hollywood (who works ALL THE TIME), and Monty Burns. Last Thursday, I showed up to their radio show and gave them the finished product and also came out to their show at the Inferno Bar. Ario, (formerly AZ) an OLD OLD friend of mine has started himself up a Local Hip Hop night there. Lady Dolla and Trauma T came to showcase their style and even asked me to do a little microphone work. It was a lot of fun and a pretty responsive crowd, enough so that I might even write a few new raps and do some old ones sometime soon.

I just hope I get over this cold.

Sorry, for being away so long.

I'll try to make an entry each time I come out here.
