So it's not looking good people. I have about a week and a half to find a job and come up with rent and bills for this month. Now, normally this is not a problem, just a little sacrifice and it's done. But the fact of the matter is, the new car I just bought is already giving me problems. If I only had an extra $300 I could sink into the car it would be fine. But as of now I don't even have rent or bills.I have an oportunity this Friday to make about $100 or so, but I'd have to be able to get there. And today I test whether the car of the moment will make it to Nashville or not. I'm meeting up with my mother for an Easter lunch and a movie (even though there is NOTHING worth seeing) Valorie will be coming along and hopefully (if we run out of gas) I can trade her for a gallon or two. (kidding)
Damn, she just drank all of the Orange Juice we had left. (Maybe I will trade her after all)
Come Monday, I'll be pounding the (local) pavement looking for work. I might even apply at the gas stations near me. (that's how desperate I am). I also need to check into any DJ work I can find around town. (Shoeless Joe's, Inferno Bar, Etc..)
Wish me luck, I hope my car doesn't strand us on the interstate like it did yesterday.
